There are two bedrooms in the Mulberry Street Retreat, but the spacious home offers the ability to sleep 12: one king bed in primary bedroom, one queen bed in guest room with a twin sized bunk bed, two twin trundles located in the sleeping porch and a queen sized pull out couch in the living room.

You will find a full bath with a tub in the primary bedroom and a full bath with shower in the guest bathroom. The spacious primary bath allows room for multiple people to get ready and has two sinks. The guest room bath and plenty of storage and features a separate heater to warm the room.

Work and create with incredible scenic views from floor to ceiling windows highlighting hundred year old trees, wildlife and beautiful landscaping surrounding the property. The Retreat features high speed fiber optic internet, a commercial laser printer and an executive desk to work.

You'll also find all the essential appliances, including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender.
